Refund Policy:

We have a minimum order amount of $150.00.  Your first order must be paid with a credit card or with verified funds. We ask that you order at least 3 pieces per item ordered.  Testers are sent free of charge if you order 4 items per product ordered.  Otherwise testers are priced at 50% of wholesale pricing.  After you place your order, we will take back any unopened product within 14 days for any reason.  Before the product is returned you must contact us and we will issue a return authorization number.  If you have a customer who has purchased product from you and is not satisfied, contact us and we will attempt to make the customer happy. If a check is returned we do charge a $25.00 NSF Fee.
